lin linux not excluively locked

Hi there,

 I notice that lin'ing of the kernels aren't
locking other lins out (nor does it check for other
running lins), and could caue the same amount/type
of troubles that linning while gcc/glibc is being
lin'ed.

PLease add the same locks to the kernels :)
