kdebase3 compile problems.....

Ok and sorry, Why ?
I've changed the number of qt version and i lin it.
But when you lin qt, it just recompile kdelibs3 and not kdebase3 ... it's why 
i think it's working ....

So for now i downgrade the qt3 package to his old version and had kdebase3 in 
the POST_INSTALL of qt3
