gaim-0.66

After much ado about gaim breaking MSN we finally upped the version to
0.66 today. Anyone having trouble is advised to REMOVE their .gaim
directory, and have gaim re-initialize it. Supposedly it's incompatible
with older versions and causes irritation, rashes and SegFaults.

Hopefully gaim will become a bit more decent with this release!
