/lib and /usr/lib are assumed library paths by ld-linux.so.  You need to 
rebuild binutils, gcc, and glibc.  Your install of glibc didn't properly 
build ldconfig so it is not detecting any libraries.  If you rebuild those 
packages, it will work.
