Your /etc/lunar/config did *NOT* come from Lunar 1.2. It is much too old
for that and is missing a lot of stuff. I think you have installed from
an old ISO and I recommend in the strongest possible terms that you
download this ISO: http://www.lunar-linux.com/lunar/lunar-1.2.iso.bz2

And try again forthwith!

Honestly what you must have is going to present a lot of problems.
