Corrected the teTeX and teTeX-texmf modules

To all teTeX Lunar users,

If you've recently upgraded to teTeX-2.0.1, and you haven't yet seen the fixed
versions of teTeX and teTeX-texmf, then you will need to get a current moonbase
and then recompile the following modules in this order:

lin teTeX-texmf teTeX texinfo

teTeX was broken for a few hours and it did not have the necessary BUILD script
in moonbase. This caused a few problems like binaries being installed in the
wrong location and also overwriting parts of other Lunar modules (like texinfo).

teTeX-texmf was also broken for a few hours as it was downloading the WRONG source
file. This caused teTeX to be pretty much useless, even if your apps could find
the teTeX binaries.

Lastly a recompile of texinfo is required because the broken teTeX may have
overwritten parts of the texinfo module.

After running the above lin command teTeX should be fully functional again.
