Please update galeon to 1.2.8

Hi there.

 Galeon can be updated to 1.2.8.
 Just add --with-mozilla-snapshot=1.2 (Assuming
you are using 1.2.1 as the current moonbase are) to the
config line in BUILD.

 Also *PLEASE* add a the line
 ln -sf /usr/include/mozilla-$VERSION /usr/include/mozilla
in the mozilla BUILD/POST_INSTALL scrits ala th other links for
lib etc. else galeon also have trouble building...
