Hi Terry,
Thank you for the answer. I suspected something like
that. I have manually corrected the contents of the
packages file and things are good now. The multiple
entries occur especially if I use holds on some
programs. There is another error too. If a package
compile gets an error, the next package compile freeze
at the 'prepare to install' message.
