Problems with lin

Hi,

I have updated the installed moonbase and theedge
packages today and it seems that lin cause many
problems. In the /var/state/lunar/packages file there
are more than one entry per installed program and the
last entries have many numbers with the size of the
package. It seems that lin cannot recognize the
installed packages (maybe a format change) and 'lin
--fix' command try to recompile the same packages many
times. Please verify this.
