Balsa2 update

Hey all,

Just thought that I'd mention that Balsa2 has had its version bumped to 
2.0.7 and i've compiled it successfully by bumping the version number 
in the DETAILS file, and removing the custom configure patch that was 
used in v2.0.3

Theoretically that means that anything patch related can go, and it's 
as simple as:

./configure &&
make &&
make install

Last note is that they've fixed the problem with the configure whining 
about aspell being too high of version, and it works with gnome2.2 
now...  k, that's enough.
