A newer testiso is now available at:

wget was recompiled to fix the missing libintl problem.
Added BitchX-1.0c19 to the ISO, finally a default chat client! :-)
More fixes in lunar.install.
Latest moonbase and theedge.

People working on Lunar ports should use this iso as their base if
at all possible.  Especially the /usr/sbin/lunar.install script
and the list of modules contained on the ISO.
