logcheck upgrade - please read

Hi,

the recent logcheck upgrade from saturday had a serious flaw in it that 
would accidentally chmod 0700 /tmp on some systems. Please make sure 
that if you update logcheck that /tmp or /var/tmp is still chmod 1777 or 
whatever permission it had before. The module/patch has been adjusted as 
of now. Hope this message prevents worse.
