logcheck module patch

Hi,

I'm about to add an extensive patch to logcheck, it will generalize the 
locheck installation and create a /etc/logcheck/logcheck.conf file. This 
will mean you no longer have to edit the /usr/bin/logcheck.sh file 
itself anymore, so it will aid in re-installs/rebuilds to keep your 
configs. The default behaviour is unchanged. Hope everyone has a smooth 
upgrade.
