perl, CPAN and lin

Hey,

I tried to install anti-spam module and lin ends up with the following
error:

/bin/sh: line 1: pod2man: command not found

I installed pod2man with CPAN, and it resides in /usr/share/scripts.

Same for razor-agents:

razor-client command not found

and it is in /usr/share/scripts...

Should this directory be included in general PATH ?
