Scrollkeeper problem fixed

Your docbook installation sounds like its borked.

A single "lin intltool" for me fetched/compiled/installed correctly with no
errors, XML-Parser-2.3.1, intltool-0.28, scrollkeeper-0.3.13, less than five
minutes ago.
