Scrollkeeper problem fixed

For those who have had some problems updating scrollkeeper, all should
be fixed now.  Best corse of action is to update intltool 1st as I
updated it tonight while fixing scrollkeeper.  Problem was the new
XML-Parser implementation (sp?) they put into scrollkeeper and
intltool.  Anyway its all fixed now, just make sure your docbook
catalogs get rebuilt after scrollkeeper is finished installing.
