Hi,

I ran across this issue when reinstalling the linux
module yesterday and tend to agree with Ian's
thoughts.

>From what I can see in the proposed patch grub will
only be installed if you select A for alternate
location, and will not be installed if you select M
for MBR. (My bash isn't that good but I think this is
correct).

Anyway just my thoughts.
