artists wanted, lilo boot image for lunar

Hi Ralph

try to set install=/boot/boot-bmp.b, well it locked up because i tries
to execute the image instead of showing it ;-)
And remember to put bitmap=/boot/boot-img68a.bmp, and then rerun lilo

the install line tells lilo which second stage bootloader to use.
