artists wanted, lilo boot image for lunar

Looks good niki!

Can you make another version with the following changes (would be more 
compatible with grub):
* Get rid of the light blue menu
* Get rid of the light-blue timeout-area
* Get rid of the text at the bottom

Grub overlays the background with a large menu box and instructions on 
the bottom.
