kdeaccessibility module

Hi there.
Here is a module description for 'kdeaccessibility' - which contains, 
among other things, a KDE version of xmag.
(It is my first module - it seems to work, though.)

Is this the right place to send it, and are attachments allowed?
The mailing list home page did not say anything about it, nor did the 
contributor howto.

The nice thing about Windows is, it doesn't just crash, it
displays a dialog box and lets you press 'OK' first. (At least,
occasionally...)
