Attn: fluxbox users

I've been trying to fix a compile issue when NLS is enabled.  Both the 
stable and development versions fail to compile with NLS turned on.

I am going to contact the developers and ask for their assistance.

Until I hear from them, if you want to install fluxbox, answer no to the 
NLS option.
