Automount and Autofs.......

Can some one help me to set my system up so that the cdrom and usb devices are 
automatically mount when a disk is inserted or usb device is plugged in?

All I can see on line so far is information about auto-autofs but it is not in 
the moonbase.

So how do I go about setting things up for automounting in Lunar?
