sftp in konqueror error??

Hi all,
When I use sftp in konqueror I get an error message that says:

Error encountered while talking to ssh.

and then when I click on "OK" I get this message in the window of konqueror:

An error occured while loading sftp://username@ipaddress:
Could not connect to host localhost

I can use sftp from the command line fine?

Anyone know how to fix this?
