new licq module and a question

hi

Attatched is an update of the licq module, it's now version 1.2.6. I have 
taken the liberty of adding kdelibs3 as an optional_depend to allow KDE 
integration. For some reason it doesn't ask me if I want KDE support when I 
lin it, but it builds it in just fine. Why does it behave like this? Is it 
something I have done/not done with the module?
