lunar linux libthai not found

Hello,
I have a brand new install here. After a lunar renew I get these 
warnings and failures about libthai.
The module is not found and every action after that is canceled. So 
basically I can not install any software.

I have already tried hacking the depends.cache file without any success.
I even removed the file en created new cache [lsh create_depends_cache], 
no succes.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
