Sending pull requests *encouraged* !

All,

I'd like to repeat what I said before in IRC. Everyone, *everyone* is
encouraged to send pull requests to any repository, even if you have
permissions to push directly into it.

There are some changes that are just more impactful, or you're not
entirely sure about. In that case, you can have other developers review
and test your code for you. Now why would you not use this to your
benefit?! :^)

I've already gotten quite a few pull requests, even from fellow core
developers, and we really like doing this type of review/testing. It
actually takes us very little time to do a code review, and testing the
change is relatively simple as well.

So! Please try and make a habit of sending a git pull request for
important changes!

Thanks,

Auke
