[PATCH] lunar - use /var/tmp instead of /tmp for temporary downloads (fixes oxygen-icons build).

Hello,

I have no rights to commit this to lunar.git so someone please do it for 
me.

[master b678b98] Use /var/tmp for temporary downloads instead of /tmp The 
/tmp is on small 256MB tmpfs. Too small for oxygen-icons which will break 
KDE4 build. So use /var/tmp instead which has no such low size limit.

Tested on 3 machines.

Later on I will update other download plugins which are in moonbase 
because I can commit here.
