Lunar Linux 1.6.5 ISO: 2 things needs some fine tuning

The "Select a timezone" bug is somehow connected to "Select global 
language" menu choice. If I choose en_US in "Select global language" menu 
Europe will be present in "Select a timezone" menu.
But if I choose Polish language (pl_PL.utf8, pl_PL.iso88592, polish) in 
"Select global language" menu then in "Select a timezone" menu there will 
be no Europe but all Continents starting with A letter: Arctica, America, 
Asia, Australia. This bug is present in both 32/64bit isos. Reproducible 
always.
