[Lunar-commits] <moonbase> libxml2: version bumped to 2.7.8.

I updated my box this morning with the latest gtk+-2 and libxml2 updates
and subsequently tried to install breb's xfce4-xkb-plugin submission, but
this fails with undefined reference to 'xmlFree at LIBXML2_2.4_30'

When I tried to trace it back I found similar errors in librsvg.

Restoring libxml2-2.2.7 seems to fix the problem for the moment.
