submission exalt-svn.patch was rejected

This is to notify you that your submission "exalt-svn.patch" was rejected

(a) the exalt-svn module fails during configure with:
    ...

    ) were not met:

    No package 'ehal' found
    No package 'edbus' found

(b) you updated DEPENDS to include 'depends wpa_supplicant' but
    are you sure this is correct? Should it be 'optional_depends' ?
    What happens if a user does not have a wireless connection?
    One exalt web page says wpa_supplicant will be used *if found*.
