submission NVIDIA-Cg-toolkit.patch was rejected

Hi,

This is probably just a technicality, but I've just rejected
your "NVIDIA-Cg-toolkit.patch" submission because the other
NVIDIA modules are marked with LICENSE=proprietary.

Unless one of the other devs objects, if you resubmit after
checking and setting the appropriate licence, the module can
be accepted. It downloads and installs OK here, but I don't
have an NVIDIA card to test it against.
