libxml2 2.7.3 - DoS patch

Hi, libxml2 2.7.3 has a security bug:

Enclosed is the patch from Fedora, to put in $PATCH_URL, and the module
patch is at http://foo-projects.org/~sofar/queue.php?p=libxml2

Who wants to make the change ;)
