The file DOES exist and I'm looking at it right now in the tar.gz file:

448483 2008-09-22 09:17:01 OOO300_m9_native_packed-1_en-US.9358/RPMS/desktop-integration/openoffice.org3.0-freedesktop-menus-3.0-9354.noarch.rpm

I've compiled oo-bin 3.0.0, many times now and it works just fine. I have no
idea what is wrong with your lunar box.
