udev 122 at zbiggy-WIP

lunar-init/udev scripts rewritten again. This time the init/udev script should 
cover the most of new udev future releases (I suppose the rest of symlink 
tools of udev are going to be removed soon). Since 122 udev module release 
Lunar scripts use udev tools directly so symlink tools are not needed anymore 
in Lunar.

One tiny fix will be added later because this file is installed twice 
according to lvu install udev:
/etc/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-storage.rules
/etc/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-storage.rules~
