Please reject module submission: atk-1.22.0 and pango-1.20.0

I recently submitted updates to atk-1.22.0 and pango-1.20.0 but have
now found that ghostscript-8.62 fails to build with these versions.
Without rebuilding all dependent modules from the ground up, I don't
know whether other modules might fail as well[*]

Therefore please reject these submissions.

I've also reported the ghostscript-8.6.2 build failure:
