The attached patch provides workaround which makes flash plugin working again 
with konqueror/opera (of course flash < 9,0,115 is needed because the patch 
workarounds only gtk-critical runtime error caused by dumb flash bug).

I have rewritten cairo lcd patch so it works with 1.4.12. This is the same 
patch which is in my personal "Zbiggy's workshop" git tree.

The last, big file, is flash 9,0,48 binary blob. I think we should keep it on 
patch_url as it is not present on Adobe site anymore and disappear fast from 
other sources. This flash together with flash-fix.patch allow konqueror/opera 
to still use flash. 9,0,48 is the last version of flash which works with 
konqueror/opera.

By uploading these files to Lunar's ftp I will be able then to bump the 
modules in moonbase. When these files will appear on patch_url the updated 
modules will be commited to moonbase git.
