device-mapper 1.02.22

Hello,

device-mapper 1.02.13 is gone (not available from their ftp) i updated
the module to 1.02.22 - compiles okay and works without any problems -
But please test it to make sure.

Attached you'll find the "lvu diff" for device-mapper
