As i prefer that some testing to be done on xorg7.3 before it gets
into moonbase, you will find a tarball of the xorg7.3 release on
http://merlin.ugent.be/lunar/xorg7.tar.bz2
Untar it in /var/lib/lunar/moonbase/zlocal and just run lunar update

Pay attention:
The current binary blob of NVIDIA only works with -ignoreABI added to
the startx command (if you use a login manager check if you can adjust
the startx command of that one)
for gdm add the following in /etc/X11/gdm/custom.conf

[server-Standard]
name=Standard server
command=/usr/X11R6/bin/X -audit 0 -ignoreABI
chooser=false
handled=true
flexible=true
priority=0

I know slim has a config file too where you can adjust the startx command...

missing in action: the current ati and intel driver (opensource ones)
as i have no means to test them.
xf86-video-ati 6.6.193
xf86-video-intel 2.1.1

If your mouse wouldn't work you need to recompile xf86-input-mouse
(normally i have bumped the UPDATED field so that should happen
automatically... but it might be good to see this confirmed.)

Plz don't add these modules to moonbase yet... I'd like them to be
tested first a bit and plz do report back (even if it went well...)
Remarks and patches against the modules... send them :)
