services module rewritten

Hello,

in services.tar.bz2 attachment you will find services module.
services.lunar.bz2 is Lunar's services file which contains services names not 
included in iana list (or better described) - put this file "as is" 
to /var/spool/lunar.
If you have your own ports definitions you can add them at the end 
of /etc/services file. They will be not overwritten during updates.
