gnupg patch and nvidia patch

Hi,

in attachment there is gnupg update (with all required dep updates).
The only module _not_ updated is libgcrypt because of major version jump with 
API change (1.2.4->1.4.0).

nvidia.patch contain official 169.07 release. That is why both nvidia modules 
were updated. 2D XRender speed increased again by about 100% :-)
Nvidia added new CUDA library so GPGPU computing now possible in Lunar.
