kde bugfixes

Official kde 3.5.6 bugfix patches. The files: kde*-3.5.6-bugfix.patch needs to 
be placed in $PATCH_URL because the official source is in subversion database 
so can't be downloaded directly. The kde*3.patch files are ordinary lvu diff 
output ready to be applied to moonbase.

This is a list of grave bugs and common pitfalls surfacing after the release 
was packaged (and later added to Lunar):
* kdeaddons from 3.5.6 was later patched to fix a minor but annoying privacy 
issue.
* kdepim from 3.5.6 was later patched to fix a debugging leftover which logs 
passwords clear text.

These attached patches fixes above issues in Lunar.

* kdebindings patch is not necessary in Lunar because we already have python 
2.5.
