2.6.17.12 is bad

the viac82xx module doesn't even *compile* due to someone submitting the wrong 
patch to -stable. That's not the same as VIA being shitty hardware, which will 
never be fixed <ducks>

meanwhile the compile problems were fixed in 2.6.17.13, which was released the 
same day.
