Ack. Thanks for reminding me about that. There is a problem with that version 
of libgeotiff in that prefix handling is borked. The libgeotiff folks are 
aware of this and will correct it on the next release. At least that's what 
they said.

I was going to downgrade that but got distracted and forgot. Thanks again for 
the nudge.
