CUPS update

Hey,

I attached the patch for cups to lift it to 1.2.0.

Little explaination here:

* CUPS now has a very convenient inline help .. no need for further
  helping
* Makefile and configure script were fixed to be less RedHat specific

-> default_build is enough

* I added openldap and dbus as dependencies and also added a couple of
  other switches to have a correct DEPENDS file.
