glibc 2.4 version

Hi everybody,

  I have installed on my system for some time the 2.4 version of glibc. It 
work just fine. However more testing is required, so i attach here the 
module. I haven't tested the sparc64 version. This version is for 2.6 kernels 
only. For 2.4 kernels the glibc 2.3.6 is recommended. The threads used are 
only NPLT, so be carefully about that too. I have to see if the 
enable-add-ons is still necessary. The module was simplified and further 
tunning is still needed.
