gtk+-2.8.14 version bump

For what it is worth, I have been running with glib-2.10.0 (not .1)
since 27Feb06 without any issues.  However, my application exposure is
minimal.  I mainly use 'Terminal', 'sylpheed2', 'gaim', 'firefox', and
'xchat.'  Anything beyond those, i cannot really account for.
