distcc --allow enhanced

Hey all,

I just wrote two little patches for distcc and the
optimize-distcc.plugin, which allow admins to edit the --allow argument
list used for running the distcc daemon (in /etc/init.d/distcc) from
the distcc optimization menu.

I'd be glad if this could be imported into Lunar because this way
(almost) no one will have to edit /etc/init.d/distcc by his own hands
any more.
