[Kernel headers_install merged to Linus' tree]

Greg mentioned this on DIY, but I just wanted to let everyone know
that David Woodhouse's hdrinstall tree has been merged into Linus'
kernel tree. It's only a matter of time before you can get headers
straight from the horse's mouth.  Here's the commit:
