cdrtools

Our cdrtools in the moonbase are rotting old and there have been
numerous so-called "alpha" releases (they're called alpha because J.
Schilling doesn't really care about cdrtools anymore) and they are
fixing crucial bugs and glitches in the current stable codebase.

I'd strongly suggest that we move over to those alpha releases as they
are much more up-to-date.

Opinions?
