BUG: clearsilver module bump *BREAKS* trac module

I don't know who bumped the 'clearsilver' module recently but the latest version doesn't work with trac - since I am using trac on production systems and I KNOW others do so as well  - this completely breaks trac for them. I'd appreciate it if clearsilver bumps are tested against trac (the *only* moonbase module that requires clearsilver) before any future versions

also a downgrade of clearsilver is required to 0.9.*
